Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received, or once we accept it for cash on delivery. If we cannot fulfil an order - because an item is out of stock, or the delivery address is outside our range - we will tell you and refund you in full.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Natural produce varies in colour, size and texture between harvests; that variation is a feature of unprocessed food, not a defect. Nutritional information describes the ingredient generally and is not medical advice.
Certification
Products described as organic are certified under the National Programme for Organic Production and carry the India Organic and Jaivik Bharat marks. Certification details are printed on every pack.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
